How it Works

At SW Meals, we prepare delicious, nutritious ready to cook frozen meals. When you place a meal order, we will do the shopping and prepping and you will receive your frozen meals with cooking instructions. When it’s time to make dinner, pull the meal out of the freezer, pop it in the Instant Pot and within 20-30 minutes (cook times depend on the specific meal) dinner will be ready.

I’ve been making these freezer meals for my family for a couple of years now, I know how much of a relief it is to know that on nights when we get home late from practice or performances, I don’t have to worry about dinner. And the best part – my kids actually like these meals!
